CRIS: Crisis Resource and Information Support – If you’re concerned about your mental health, this card lists the supports available to you.


Helplines - If you need emergency support, please reach out to one of the free helplines available; they are confidential and cost-free.


Childline:  Dedicated to children and young people, offering free and confidential support 24/7.


Samaritans: Provides a safe space to talk about any concerns, available 24/7.


Lifeline: A 24/7 crisis-response helpline offering confidential support from experienced counsellors.

NSPCC Helpline: Offers support to adults concerned about a child's welfare.


24-Hour Domestic and Sexual Violence Helpline: Provides free support, advice, and referrals for men and women affected by domestic or sexual violence.


Inspire Workplaces Helpline: Formerly known as Carecall, this service provides workplace counselling and support.


Shout:  A 24/7 crisis text service.


Mind:  Provides advice and support for mental health issues.

If you require medical assistance or are concerned about an immediate risk to yourself or others, please contact your local Accident and Emergency Department. 


In Enniskillen, the South West Acute Hospital's Emergency Department is available 24/7 at 028 6638 2000 / 028 82 833100.


The Phone First service supports patients, including children, who need urgent (but not life-threatening) care and are considering attending an Emergency Department or Urgent Care Centre.  The ‘Phone First’ number is 0300 020 6000.
